Marking of the centerline / details of the buildings on ground as per the site plans, detailed working drawings, levels, location etc. Exercising control over the quality of raw materials produced. Exercising and monitoring on the quality and good practices on mixing of mortars and concrete and using the same in the work. Supervising the works executed by the contractors/construction agencies regularly i.e. checking the correctness & confirming to relevant IS Codes and good construction practices.

Monitoring and inspection of construction methods, systems involved in construction of RCC items, brick work, plastering, doors, windows etc. Correctness as per detailed drawings employed. Programming/scheduling of the total work and handing as planned and maintaining the same as per contractual obligations. Scrutiny of bills submitted by various construction agencies/contractors and recommending for release of payments as per contract conditions. Detailed scrutiny of final bills presented by construction agencies with a separate team of engineers in the presence of contractor and client’s representatives. Design and preparation of detailed working drawings, estimates for roads, curbs, drains, culverts, compound wall, fencing, pavement, security gates etc. After completion of works, the consultants will present as built drawings or updates drawings for clients record. The consultants will provide a detailed report about the care to be taken to maintain the building / structures and amenities.
